Kathy, I talked with my vet today and she gave me the name of a nutritionist...I'll PM you with it. Also, she said U of I has a nutritionist but they would probably be more studied on large animals, like farm animals. So, if you check the vet school in Iowa please be sure to ask about that.
Also, the canine epilepsy website says a raw diet isn't a good choice for a dog who has seizures since their system is already compromized and bacteria might be able to do more damage...home cooking is better. Can you home cook and freeze for the week? |
