That's exactly why we have ordered a motor home.........BUT, we have put off visiting our son in Spain for almost a year because of the same reasons Wylie's Mom mentioned. We even offered a lady we know (who sold her home, moved to VA. then after a year she returned and rented a bedroom in a neighbors home) to come live with us rent free and have the entire house, in exchange for just taking care of the girls when we go somewhere that we can't take them. She instead moved to WA. to live with her daughter.
I may have to go to Spain without my husband, then he can go a different time. I can't believe what we go thru for our dogs. Are we paranoid, eccentric, or both??
