Is he going potty in the house then? I'd continue trying to get him to potty outside.... Perhaps put a harness and leash on him and walk him around. Different smells may intice him to potty.
If he has his own bed and is just being a little aggressive with his own "place" then let him be. Use treats to reward him for good behavior.
