After five years, you are considering throwing in the towel on that sweet little face?!?!
I know her actions can be frustrating. But, there could be any number of reasons why your little lady is doing her do inside.
Change in diet or routine, etc. But, I would first take her to your Vet to rule out any health issues. Once health concerns are ruled out, you may just have to resort to house training 101. For example, not giving her free roam and watching her like a hawk, etc. There is quite a bit of information here on YT under "Training" that could assist you and her in this stressful time.
