I chipped the corner of one of my front tooth maybe 20 years ago from falling off my bicycle. I don't think my dentist did a good job in putting in the porcelain for the chipped corner because afterwards, I was still able to see that the corner of the tooth has been chipped or is still slightly so. He did cut further in and I was able to see the connecting seam, if that's the correct term for it, however, it feels smooth/uniform with the rest of the tooth. That was a long time ago. Now, it looks the same as when he had "fixed" my teeth then. Good thing it doesn't come off like the fillings he'd put into my teeth did.

I don't think anyone else has ever noticed it because no one really stares at your teeth, and I've never been asked about it.
