She sounds like she has separation anxiety. Why don't you do a search on YT about this? There is a ton of information here on that topic.

Also, you can try to help her (a) become more independent, (b) attach to other people, and (c) attach to other dogs. For independence, you can try bully sticks or flossies - most dogs LOVE to chew on these for hours by themselves. For other people, do you have friends, family who can play with him more? For dogs, try setting up some doggie playdates, or doggie daycare.
