I had asked Geoff at Ziwi New Zealand about the nutritional values of feeding their Air Dried Raw diet vs Canned, and or both. Heres his reply.
I think Im still going to switch up his diet occasionally.

everything your Yorkie needs.
The ZiwiPeak range, as you no doubt saw from our web site, are all
natural meat (above 90% dry), have no preservatives and no grains or
fillers. We specialize in "Good Cat or Good Dog" natural jerky treats
and our "cuisine" is a designed complete diet food. It is based on the
"natural fall" of an animal, the meat and organs such as a cat or dog
would eat in the wild. We also add a specially formulated vitamins and
minerals specific to cat or dogs as specified by nutrition experts and
are better than AAFCO standards to ensure that the cuisine has
everything that the pet needs. We produce the cuisine in jerky and
canned forms. The specifications on the products are far beyond any
other petfood, and the health benefits are well documented, being why
