Pretty drastic telling her to give up her pup. She did take him to two different vets. And yes she is a college student and $$$ is tight, but give her a break She did take him two times. He has a fighting chance because he has a new mom here, who obviously loves him very much.
I wish the best for you and your little guy, try putting the bell on his collar, so you all can hear when he is around. These little babies move so darn fast, that they are a blur sometimes. Good luck, and keep everyone posted as to how he is doing.
