I've been in FL for 6 years.
1. Finding a job is near impossible.
2. Finding a job with good PAY is extremely hard.
3. The housing market has plumeted, and buying homes is a GREAT idea right now!
If he has a great job, buying a home right now is the best decision. If i could, i would!
But if he's moving here w/o a job lined up, good luck to him! I don't reccomend it. Jobs are hard to come by, believe it or not. Especially in the bigger cities. They want you to have a degree, plus lots of experience in most fields.
