No, his puppy shots are not complete. He is attending the puppy training class with one other dog who also does not have all her shots. They never asked me for his shot record.

Oh my, it's clear your breeder hasn't done any research on the breed. I'm glad you listened to your vet, but even some vets don't understand the differences between all breeds. Many people recommend free feeding until 6-8 months. Some people do this for the entire life of the dog. Dogs generally will not overeat kibble. This is not true with other foods though.
