Here's one of our family favorites:
2 packages cream cheese (regular, low fat, no fat)
2 cans chopped olives - drained
2 cans chopped chili peppers - drained
1 small bunch green onions finely chopped - use both tops and bottoms
Jalapeno peppers finely chopped or habanero sauce to taste
1 package large flour tortillas (square them up a bit

)
Your favorite salsa
Soften cream cheese and thoroughly mix first five ingredients. Spread on the the flour tortillas. Roll them up as tightly as you can without the cream cheese mixture squishing out. Refrigerate for a couple of hours so that the cream cheese can firm up and make slicing easier. Slice in 1/2" to 3/4" inch pinwheels. Serve with your favorite salsa.
