| Oh Suzy, I'm sorry this happened to you! You see, we got Daisy when I was in my last trimester ((Thanks to hubby!--as a bday surprise)) so I was picking up poo, cleaning up pee, prying her mouth open constantly for garbage, etc... what a nightmare!
Anyway, it all had NOTHING to do with me being pregnant b/c Daisy was still a baby herself.
Daisy was 4 months old when Caroline was born so they're such close buddies right now! No jealously...nothing! ((What a great relief!))
Anyway, I think with your furbutts, they sense that there is a change of some sort, and they don't like it...It's okay though, don't fret!
Daisy still does stuff out of spite ((If I'm gone for too long, she'll poo on my area rug--she knows I HATE that!))
Other than that, no accidents..she "pee pad" trained!
After your baby comes, it's def gonna take some time for your girls to adjust..A piece of advice, when she's born (assuming that you'll be in the hospital for a few nights), have hubby bring home a piece of your baby's clothing (the hospital knit hats are popular) for the furbutts to smell and maybe even play with...I know hubby did that with Daisy (He brought home a knit hat that Caroline wore) and we came home and she did alot of "sniffing" the car seat, etc..
Good luck Suzy and you know you can talk to me about anything! ((HUGS))
