My Pao isn't a big cuddler. Well he got better with age but compared to my friend's Yorkie who loves to cuddle, he is still far behind. He doesn't even kiss my face unless I was gone for a few days, but he would kiss everyone else's face but I know he loves me. He shows it in many other ways. He is always near me, just not on my lap
. When I fell down the stairs one day, Pao knew I was in pain and I was in so much pain I couldn't even call out for my husband that was in the bathroom upstairs. I could see Pao's face panicking and he went upstairs to try to get Daddy, and came back down to see me and then back up and then down. His face looked concerned the whole time. He also sleeps by my side and will always wait for me to get in bed first no matter what time it will be. He doesn't cuddle with me but he'd sleep on his own spot by my side.
As to your question, I never really think about it. There are times I wish he would cuddle just a little more but I know I cannot sleep well if he does lol..Summary, I love him for what he is.
