Lemonlauren is absolutely right ... you tapping the puppy's nose is sending a signal that you are "playing" with him and he's going to bite Harder
.... and you "telling" him what a bad boy he is just thinking that you are a big pink squeeky toy
When they bite
Hands go up .... feet and toes go into shoes and you say NO! or NO BITE! or whatever reprimand you wanna say
But attention stops right there
and you will see .... they get the point almost immediately
