anyway i have been speaking with the breeder who appears to be knowledgeable as well helpful. There are a few questions that i am not very clear on so if any one can help me out it would greatly be appreciated.
- i am picking up the puppy at 11 weeks - roughly how many lbs is appropriate for that age ( as reading about 2lbs is good)
-what would be appropriate documentation for purchasing ie.shots, date of birth, lineage etc
-best questions to ask breeder ie any return policy, what to expect as new yorkie owner
-health: Any well known health concerns / problems in breed
-any return policy/guarantee if so how long, under what conditions
-training methods, how long does house training usually last, what to expect, how does yorkie interact with other animals and children

i have read articles, books and spoken with individuals regarding yorkies - but it never hurts to get other's opinion and knowledge is always a plus!! I appreciate any help, just like you i want what is best....and i am proud to say my baby is a yorkie!!!
Hello and Welcome to YorkieTalk! Congrats on getting your new furbaby in February. You might want to run a search on YT, to answer some of your questions. Just a few answers.... Yorkies can weigh different amounts at 11 weeks. Problems in the breed can include knee and liver problems. Hope to see pictures of your furbaby soon!
