She is too young for shots. That could kill her if she is small. Shots shouldn't be given until 6-8 weeks at least and even that is debatable. If he gives you anything, I would think it would only be wormer. Give her puppy food and yes wet it a bit so she can eat it easier as she doesn't have her teeth in. Your main concern at this age is that she eat, drink and be kept quiet and warm. Good luck with her.
