[quote=Ellie May;2440117]To answer your question, yes liver compromised dogs can have dentals under anesthesia as long as the correct kind of anesthesia is used. What is the correct type of anesthesia? How many types are there?

Diet and supplements depend on test results and symptoms. If there is a possible LS or MVD issue, I would support her liver. She has no symtoms at all. Actually she never had any symptoms. They just asumed she might of been LS cuz she wasnt growing and she had a reation to vaccinations b4.

What drug did the vet give? Not all of them are okay for her. Ellie is extremely wiggly and her vet never drugs her for blood draws.Unsure of the drug now. I will call them tom and ask the vet.

So is ur Ellie a LS dog, if u dont mind me asking. If so, has she ever gotten her teeth cleaned under anesthesia and how is she now with her LS?
