It sounds like the pup is eating pretty good, thats great! You can also add some puppy milk replacer to it's food if you like. Some good supplemental foods are strained meat baby food,cottage cheese,and cooked,finely diced chicken or ground beef and cooked rice. I think you sounds like a caring enough person to have all this figured out and raise a happy healthy puppy. Keep us updated on how she is doing, and what your vet's advice is
