To answer your question, yes liver compromised dogs can have dentals under anesthesia as long as the correct kind of anesthesia is used.
Diet and supplements depend on test results and symptoms. If there is a possible LS or MVD issue, I would support her liver.
What drug did the vet give? Not all of them are okay for her. Ellie is extremely wiggly and her vet never drugs her for blood draws.
