Please turn him over to a reputable Yorkie Rescue that can afford to invest the $$ needed to care for this little guy. It may be a hard decision for you to make but please put your feelings aside and his well being first. By your own admission you are a 20 yr. old college student that cannot afford his care. Placing him with a reputable Yorkie rescue will at least give him a fighting chance. Elaine |
