The link above shows pet friendly hotels, Genessee Grand is on the list but it is also probably the most expensive. LOL
Comfort Inn's aren't bad, I would recommend the one that is listed at "carrier circle" It is in East Syracuse and not far from downtown where the wedding is. There may be a comfort in in downtown but I don't know whether it is as nice.
The Reneaissance syracuse downtown hotel is a marriott so would probably be a safe bet.
I just did a search for doggy day care and the ones below would be closest I believe. I don't know anything about them though
