Okay, this is so not funny, but I read the title of your post, and thought, "If Lola won't poo on a pee pad, why don't you get her a poo pad?"

Seriously, though, you got good suggestions. A second pad might work.
When I moved Lexi from outside to inside using pee pads in a litter pan, I did take her poop with a paper towel and just smear a little bit of it on the pad, so she would get the scent and, hopefully, know to go there. It seemed to work - or else I just got lucky!
