awwwwwwwwwww! that poor little fellow ..glad she went to see another vet..would be good to let others know to stay away from that vet if he does 50% of the neuters like that...i would also tell the breeder not to recommend that vet seeing as what he did to this little fellow ..
i am just glad to hear he will be okay
