Hi,

I just found this site today. I purchased a female back in December from a breeder in Texas (Yorkiepup.com - Jeff Dane). She came with a one year health guarantee so I though it would be safe to purchase from him. When I picked her up at the airport she was sick and has conggenital defect, but he will not cover because it is treatable. She has KCS (dry eye). While her condition is not life threatening, she will be on eye drops every day for the rest of her life. There is nothing I can legally do, but want to do anything I can to keep other's from having to go through this. Any suggestions?
