I got Piper trained by making a game out of it. When Piper's by me, and I think it's time for him to go, I say in a real happy voice Piper want to go out, and he pounces up and down on me. I run to the door with him, and I keep telling him how good he is. When he crys to come in I again make a big fuss over him. Pick him up and kiss him all over. Now whenever he wants to go out he starts pouncing all over me, and barking let hurry up lets go.
