My 10 month old Suzi went through this about a month ago. However she also had loose stools, then could not poo for a while. She did not poo until she was feeling better, and after a few days she pooped sooo much, and it took a little while for her stools to become normal again.
The biggest worry is dehydration when the pup is vomiting so much. I would not give him anymore to eat , so his stomach can settle. Give him nutrical or kayro syurp , rub on his gums to prevent low blood sugar. The Medicine is suppose to help with the vomiting. Also, it will plug him up.... Make certain he is drinking water . The vet also prescribed an antibiotic for Suzi. She got well within 5 days.
How old is this Yorkie? If a puppy, has he had all of his vaccines?
Oh, i see that he is about 18months.... I sure hope Phantom is going to feel better soon!
