I was going to suggest ebay for a Juicy carrier, but you do have to be careful of the fakes being sold there. In OK I'm not aware of stores selling Juicy carriers but then I've never looked either. Dillard's might have them or you can always order on-line through Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus or other on-line stores.
