Sammie is a ten month old puppy, he weighs about 7 lbs.

1) We went to the vets office about a month ago and the doctor told us that he had dry skin but it was not that serious. I assumed his skin was just a little dry because it's winter.
His fur his silver so I was not able to tell until today that he has dandruff.
What can I do to cure/relieve this problem? Vitamins or shampoo change?

2) Greenies. Are they good or bad for your dogs? I read other forums and alot of people claim that they are bad but some say its good because it serves as a vitamin supplement. I brush his teeth everyday when I can and at least every other day so his teeth are in very good condition.
