You can find Nutrical at most pet stores (PetSuppliesPlus carries it for sure). It comes in a tube (kind-of like a toothpaste tube). You use a dollup and rub it on their gums/roof of the mouth if they won't just eat it themselves. It has vitamin, nutrients and glucose in it.

Does your pup have kibble down all day? A young pup should be free-feeding throughout the day. A dollup of Nutrical before you leave for work and before bedtime will help keep her sugar in check. Definitely sounds like a hypoglycemic episode. Let us know what the vet says.
