Since they are a relatively new breed, finding a good breeder becomes very difficult; many newbie breeders have jumped on the bandwagon, and since they can't be registered with the AKC as yet, some unscrupulous breeders are advertising all sorts of dogs as Biewers. If you are thinking of obtaining one, it would be wise to read all you can about them, they have a very specific spotting pattern; they are not just a multicolored Yorkie, and of course find the best breeder you can.
