This way we can go rent a place (there's plenty of them to rent), and not have to pay taxes or homeowners insurance. It would be a new start in life for us. One we badly need. Bless your heart. Seeing people go through this makes my heart break. My mom is going through bankruptcy and was also served foreclosure papers several months ago. However, she has her home loan with a mortgage company who is well known for screwing people over (Saxon Mortgage) and it's ridiculous how many things come up when you go to Google and type in "Saxon Mortgage sucks". I feel so bad for her and everyone else.

I will definitely keep you in my prayers.
