Yeah! I don't live in that area, but where I am right now is in a smallish town in KY and the police here are just as unusual! Things go uninvestigated... the people they hire are questionable... officers aren't where they ought to be when they ought to be... It's all very strange. I come from a medium sized city in Canada and it seems that the law is a bit more involved there. Sometimes the stories I hear make my jaw drop! (My husband is a cop and his dad is friends with half of them) Makes me lose faith in these types of establishments.
