Yes they can. The only problem is we owe more on the house then it's worth, so they want us to think if it's worth it or not. At this point I'm almost ready to let the bank have it, put it in a bankruptcy plan, and be done with it. This way we can go rent a place (there's plenty of them to rent), and not have to pay taxes or homeowners insurance. It would be a new start in life for us. One we badly need. Please pray for us that the Lord will guide us down the right path. He's never let us down before, and I'm sure he won't now.
