Working w/rescue I've seen numerous males after neutering and some do bruise more than others. I've not seen any quite this bad though, if that's bruising (it's hard for me to tell from pictures). How is he acting? Is he eating, and alert, are his gums pink? I would most likely have the vet check him today.
