If you read the info on it, you will see that it's a precursor to denosyl...It works in the same way as denosyl.

SAMe is adenosylmethionine which is "denosyl."

Denamarin does not contain b-vitamins but has a small amount of vitamin E.

Hepatosupport contains b-vitamins but not vitamin E, so you would need to supplement with vitamin E if you want your baby to have vit E.
