I do a Snickers laundry of his bedding and blankets and clothing with my detergent and fabric softener
Snuggle. Anything that has been soiled with pee/poop always gets prewashed & soaked in enzyme cleaner for 20 min and then goes in for regular laundry. I heard only washing soiled pieces regularly will not get the smell out.
