They are adorable but I told you that on MT too! lol
As for the aggression part... I would just let them work it out on their own. Dogs are pack animals and need to establish who is dominate over who, as long as you don't let them forget that you are the pack leader! Just watch them and make sure Ella isn't trying to hurt Jack, but I'm sure he's tougher than he looks!
