Thank you all for your kindness. I was able to get hold of the company you advised, and they told us the other company is a scam. How can people do that to other people when there down and out. He told us he could search through files and find discrepancies in the different companies that have had our mortgage and he could get the house down to 82,000. The lady we spoke with said if that was right everybody whether they were going through foreclosure or not would be doing it. Who wouldn't someone to cut the cost of their home cut in half. I'm so glad I have friends like that stopped me from turning a horrible situation into an even worse one.
