I totally agree with you. I don't want him to see me but I def. want to be able to see how he is doing. When I brought him to his first one at Petsmart (which was a good experience) he did see me a few times but he did fine. He does not like taking a bath, brushed or his haircut so I don't want them to get frusturated with him and that is why I want to watch. At Petsmart the girl was very sweet and did what I wanted but at one point she brought him in the back and I didn't like that. I felt it was because I was watching and they put the dogs in a crate to wait. I understand they have to do that but I don't know what it is. It just made me uncomfortable especially when she went into the back with him.
