Post your 2009 weekly weight loss here! As so many of us are trying to lose some weight, I thought it might be a motivator to have a thread where we can post our progress each week. You don't have to state your weight, just record pounds, inches and or clothing sizes lost. If you want, you can mention the name of the plan you are following. The intent is not to have a contest, a debate or long winded discussions about different diet plans, or exchanges of recipes as many of those topics are covered in other threads. This should be a quick and easy post. As this thread is new, you can post your weekly results from 1/1/09. So, I will start:
Last week: 3 lbs.
This week: 2 1/2 lbs.
