The white marks will likely disappear in the next few weeks, it's not uncommon for a puppy to have small white marks on the feet, chest, and occasionally other places.
You may already know that six weeks is much too young for her to be taken from her mother and littermates. She hasn't yet been socialized by her mother in the manner of how to relate to other dogs, and her littermates in play fighting and developing a social hierarchy. Additionally her mother's antibodies (from the milk) are just now wearing off and her immune system will have to take over. She will be very susceptible to any disease she is exposed to and will almost certainly suffer from stress related coccidiosis.
There are lot's of ways to approach potty training. I crate train in the smallest crate I can find that allows the puppy to stand and turn around. Some use a play pen with room to play and a pee pad. The method that works best for you will have to be your personal choice. Which ever way you decide to train, consistency is the key to success.
