Oh, yeah. That sounds 'bout right. I'm in Alberta. Just the teeth cleaning for my cat is $500 and that didn't include all the extras. I have two cats, my yorkie baby, and my terrier mix. Last year we spent thousands of dollars in vet care. I just spent $400 on my old cat in the last two weeks, because we found out he has hyperthyriodism,, plus he's got an infection, treatable, and for the idione treatment if he's in good enough health with no underlying problems will cost $2300. It's crazy sometimes, but in the end it's all totally worth it.
