Yes, hon, you need to get them to a vet asap. Leaving the stomach in that condition is a breeding ground for infection. Whether you feel like you have or haven't been a good mom is not the issue right now. The issue is that it is now entirely YOUR responsibility to make sure these puppies thrive. NOT doing anything is pretty much assuring that they will not. You cannot wait to see what happens because both you and I KNOW what will happen if you wait. You know that they will go downhill quickly without the proper care. Those babies need attention by a vet now. Good luck with them.

PS.. If you cannot get them to latch on, try putting a drop of karo syrup on you finger and then to the puppies tongue. If they try suckling, place them on mom's teat. You may need to rub some karo syrup on mom. If that doesn't work, get to walmart or a pet store and get some canine milk suppliment. You can feed them with a small bottle or a syringe.
