Hi the XS is for Neck 8.5 Chest 10.5 Body 6 and weight 3-5 lbs.
The Small is Neck 10 Chest 12.5 Body 7 Weight 6-8 lbs.
But to me it runs smaller. Gucci is 5 lbs he can wear and XS in most everything and he can wear a Small in some things but in this hoodie he had to get a Medium because it was waaaaayyyyyy to snug lol. I can actually physically measure the Small for you and you can go by that if you'd like... You know what hold on...
It is 7 down the back, 5.5 across and 5 down the front where the tummy would be and the opening for the "male" area would start. Maybe measure something he has to figure if this would fit?
