Today is Rose's 7th Birthday. She did not have an easy night.
Yesterday was a bit slower day for Rose. She has decided she wants to use a portable toilet they have placed in her room, so that's encouraging.
Evening and overnight were difficult. She really struggled. She would wake up every half-hour or so because he left leg hurt or because she had to go to the bathroom or some other reason.
Physically, Rose is recovering. She has weakness on her left side (arm and leg, even vision). She cannot sit or stand alone. She is getting stronger, but it is baby steps as she slowly recovers. She's spent roughly 10 days on several unbelievably strong medicines. She's being weaned off those. In fact, she's even on a couple meds to counteract the craving her body feels for the meds.
