 Comfort for my yorkie
Hi I'm new to this forum. My yorkie Saya sprained her right front leg while I was out. I took her to her Vet immediately the next morning. He prescribed Rimadyl 25mg and has me give her 1/4 tablet 2 x a day as necessary for pain. Well, Saya doesn't whimper, just limps. She doesn't seem to be in pain but I hate seeing her limp. I'm trying not to play with her because she wants to run and jump. Do any of you think I should crate her while I'm out of the house. I have never crated her before. My Vet said if she continues to limp after 10 days he will need to do an xray. Has anyone experienced a sprain situation with their baby.
