A little bit late update
Darcy was Ok for three days and it started again with bloody stools. Another visit to the vet and we tested his stools for worms and some common viruses. They are all negative. We did an X-ray this morning and his small intestines are full of gas.
We going to do barium meal x-ray on Monday and we will see . Our vet said there can be two more things but we have to see the x-rays. She thinks it may be IBD(which explains the sugar levels and the liver enzymes in his bloodwork) or a thing we call here varicose intestines (if is this he may need a surgery)
