I will add your brother to my prayers.
All the suggestions below are very good. I too, suffered from sinus problems for years and have had sinus surgery a few years back. Now I am careful to keep the sinus passages clear with a Neti Pot and I also use the Saline to keep them from drying out.
Hope your brother feels better REAL soon.
