Aren't the enzyme cleaners like Natures Miracle and Simple Solution designed to sit on a stain for a long period of time so the enzyme action can "eat" it up? I don't see how it would work if you sucked it up right away.
I use the Bissell carpet shampoo made for pet stains in both my Bissell Proheat and Spot Bot. I use Natures Miracle on urine stains and let it sit for about a week as directed on the bottle before I steam clean.
