i have been saying my next project will be a napsak... but don't even know where to start..

I would like to know how to make a napsak, but I don't think I can figure it out... and I think I need a sewing machine for that, I am just a beginner at this rate..hehe.. one thing my boy doesn't have is PJ's and he has only 2 sweaters for those cold days. I have never dressed my boy up, but I would love to learn how to make some small flannel PJ's but I don't know where to start. Sometimes I worry about him being cold at night since his bed is on the floor so I am sure some flannel PJ's would make me feel much better.
